Effective Brain-Based Communication
Effective communications involves intricate brain processing of words, images, memory, emotions, listening skills as well as speaking ability. When you deliver your message, the listener’s brain determines how your message will be received. Understanding of brain-based communication techniques will allow us to avoid some communication pitfalls, and foster productive and positive relationships at work and at home.

It involves using past professional or technical training and experience, creativity, inductive reasoning, and intuitive processes that lead to potential solutions or viable alternatives that may not be obviously related or easily identified.
