About Us

Greer-Scurlock Learning Foundation is based in Dallas, Texas. It was created in 2009 in remembrance of the Greer, Scurlock and Richards families’ legacy and impact as generations of African-American educators in Texas. In the last 3 years, we have expanded our reach to 3 different continents via international partnership development, scholarship programs and on-going research effort.
